ReviewCaliber independently compares review-management tools, request platforms and reputation software using a documented evaluation framework.
Why it exists
Most "best review software" pages are affiliate lists with no stated method — the ranking is whatever pays best, and nothing tells you why one product sits above another. We publish the framework first and let the scores fall out of it, including when that is inconvenient for us.
How we score
Nine weighted categories, 100 points, every point tied to sourced public evidence with a check date. Read the Caliber Score methodology.
Ownership
ReviewCaliber is operated by Alpha Marketing Group, which also owns ReviewNetwork — a product compared on this site. That is disclosed on every page, and ReviewNetwork is scored on the same framework as everything else. See the disclosure.
