How pages are produced
Every comparison starts from the vendor's own public pages. We record what is stated, link the source, and stamp the date it was checked. Editorial judgment — our reading of what a fact means for a buyer — is presented separately from the observed fact.
Standards we hold to
- Claims about a product are sourced to that product's public materials.
- Where information is not published, we write “Not publicly disclosed” instead of estimating.
- Every product gets stated limitations, including our own.
- Competing products receive substantive coverage, not token descriptions.
- Pages carry an author, a check date and a last-updated date.
- We do not use fabricated aggregate ratings in structured data.
Updates
A monthly monitor re-checks vendor pricing and feature pages. Changes create a proposed update that a human approves before publication; a material ranking change is never published silently. See corrections.
